We will plan all aspects of how your event will look, including the staging, lighting, how the screens will look and the sound design. This planning is the most important step for making your event run smoothly.

Equipment and staging

We provide the most appropriate equipment to suit your needs, from projectors, wireless microphones, sound systems, lights and staging.

A professional and experienced team to run your event

All of our technicians have experience using our equipment and will have everything in place to ensure your event runs smoothly.

How we work

Tell us everything about your event. Who is it for – your customers, staff or the general public? How do you want your audience to feel about the event? What do you want them to remember from the event?

Given your event goals we will design an AV solution in a tidy little proposal, which can be used as a guideline for how the event is to run.  It may include floor plans, demo graphics, 3d renders, draft runsheets and other important details.

We will then discuss the proposal until we are both satisfied that it will achieve your goals and then you can relax.

Then your event will happen (you will still be relaxing).
